Chief Operations Officer
Shane Allgeier has spent 30 years in logistics, and most of that time has been at HJI. He started as a General Manager and worked his way through Vice President of Operations before being named COO in December 2021.
Shane has been a driving force behind HJI’s growth in omni-channel fulfillment, contract warehousing, kitting, assembly, and manufacturing support. He helped take the company from a single-industry facility to one of the largest woman and minority-owned 3PLs in Kentucky, serving automotive, food & beverage, consumer goods, and appliance industries.
Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Louisville. Outside of work, he spends time with his family, coaches his kids’ sports teams, and stays active through hiking and fitness.
VP of People Operations
Rahima Avdic has more than 24 years of experience in Human Resources and a deep passion for building people-centered organizations. Since joining HJI in 2016, she’s been instrumental in shaping the company’s culture and aligning people strategies with business goals.
As a member of the senior leadership team, Rahima leads initiatives across the organization to ensure HR policies support both strategic objectives and core values. She’s committed to creating a workplace where collaboration, innovation, and personal growth can thrive.
Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Rahima’s journey through Germany and ultimately to the United States has shaped her global perspective. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, celebrating her children’s achievements, and baking homemade bread as a way to bring people together.

Controller
Tanee Brewer is a Louisville native and University of Louisville graduate. She’s also a U.S. Army veteran who served two years stationed in Germany and six years in the Kentucky National Guard.
After her active duty service, Tanee built a career spanning healthcare, public transportation, manufacturing, consulting, and supply chain. She brings that broad experience to her role managing HJI’s financial operations.
Outside of work, Tanee keeps her sanity and muscle memory intact through line dancing a couple times a week. She also loves music.

Director of Customer Experience & Strategy
Earl Daniels believes customer experience isn’t a department. It’s woven into every decision HJI makes. He leads the team that ensures launches are seamless, partnerships grow stronger, and every interaction leaves customers feeling valued and supported.
Earl loves connecting big-picture strategy with the small details that make a lasting impact. When he’s not focused on creating exceptional customer experiences, he’s spending time with his family or investing in the community’s health and wellness through the fitness studio he and his wife own.
Director of IT
Joshua Daniels specializes in aligning technology with business goals. He brings more than 15 years of experience in systems integration, infrastructure management, and leveraging technology for competitive advantage.
His focus is on designing secure, scalable systems that reduce downtime, integrate across platforms, and eliminate manual work and errors. He’s the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, making sure every system ultimately makes HJI more efficient, resilient, and customer-focused.
For customers, that translates to faster order processing, fewer errors, and consistent on-time delivery. The technology behind the scenes enables the reliability they depend on every day.

Ramiah Martin leads Operational Excellence and Optimization at HJI, bringing more than 20 years of supply chain and operations experience with companies like Chobani, Amazon, and UPS.
He’s passionate about helping customers succeed through smarter processes, efficient solutions, and people-centered leadership that drives sustainable growth.
Director of New Business Development
Dean Pierce has held senior leadership roles throughout his career, including President & CEO of Josef Seibel North America, Vice President of Sales at ccilu International, and Vice President of Sales and Operations for retail and wholesale organizations. He’s guided companies through periods of growth, restructuring, and transformation.
Dean brings expertise in U.S. Customs, tariffs, 4PL services, motorsports, manufacturing, and both domestic and international logistics. His broad perspective allows him to connect strategy with execution.
A committed coach and mentor, Dean is driven to inspire and empower his teams. His motto: “The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement.” He embraces a “Be Here Now” philosophy, recognizing there’s always space to learn, grow, and have fun doing it.

Condrad Daniels leads HJI Supply Chain Solutions with the same intensity he brings to the gym every morning. As President, he’s helped transform the company into a multi-site, multi-industry operation that moves products for some of the biggest names in automotive, food & beverage, consumer goods, and e-commerce.
Outside the office, Condrad serves on boards focused on economic development, workforce inclusion, and community growth. He’s a dedicated health and fitness enthusiast who believes in living with energy and purpose. He’s also a proud husband and father with a love for international travel and adventurous eating. Whether it’s exploring Croatia, Japan, or the tapas trails of Spain, he seeks out the flavors and stories that make every trip unforgettable.
Whether building supply chain strategies or chasing personal bests, Condrad leads with drive, curiosity, and a sense of fun.
Chief Executive Officer
Lynn Houston Moore brings an engineer’s precision to everything she does. Originally from Louisville, she earned a track and field scholarship to Georgia Tech, where she became a four-time ACC high jump champion while completing her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering with highest honors.
Lynn started her career with Velant before returning to Georgia Tech as an Academic Advisor. She joined HJI in 2007 and has held roles across logistics engineering, finance, and administration before being promoted to CEO. In 2015 and 2016, she was inducted into both the Farragut High School and Georgia Tech Athletic Halls of Fame.
Lynn serves on the WBEC-ORV Forum and the UofL Speed School Board of Advisors. She’s also a CrossFit enthusiast, church volunteer, and basketball and track coach. But her most important job is being a mom to five children ages 12 to 23.
