Service Parts Manufacturing When Toyota needed a solution for small-batch headliner service parts, they came to us. We now operate as their Tier 1 supplier, managing assembly, Tier 2 relationships, and nationwide distribution from Louisville.

Tier 2 Supplier Management We coordinate with your suppliers so you don’t have to. Consolidated receiving, quality inspection, and sequenced delivery to your line.

Container & Rack Management Closed-loop programs for returnable containers, racks, and packaging. We repair, track, and cycle them back through your supply chain.

Quality & Inspection Sorting, visual inspection, and containment when you need to catch issues before they reach the line.

Toyota was facing a challenge.

Toyota was facing a challenge. Their service headliners had grown too complex for dealers to assemble. But their Tier 1 manufacturers were built for high-volume production, not the small, specialized batches that service parts require.

They needed a partner who could handle low-volume, high-complexity assembly with the same quality standards they expect from their production suppliers.

We built a program from scratch. We now manage Tier 2 supplier relationships, assemble headliners at our Louisville facility, and distribute finished service parts to dealerships and repair shops across North America.
