Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance

Choose from two Cigna medical plans (HDHP-HAS or PPO), plus Humana dental and vision coverage. Insurance eligibility begins 30 days after your hire date.

Paid Holidays

Eleven company-paid holidays per year, including New Year’s Day, Juneteenth, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Employees are eligible for holiday pay when a holiday falls on their scheduled workday.

HJI matches 100% of the first 3% you contribute. Eligibility begins 30 days after your hire date.

Paid Time Off

PTO accrues weekly based on your tenure — starting at 100–120 hours annually and growing up to 280 hours per year at 15+ years.

Paid Parental Leave

We support growing families with 6 weeks of paid maternity leave, 2 weeks of paid paternity leave, and 2 weeks for adoption.

Company-Paid Life Insurance

HJI provides company-paid life insurance at 1.5x your annual salary, plus voluntary life insurance options for you, your spouse, and your children.

Short Term Disability

HJI covers 50% of your Short Term Disability premium each pay period, so you’re protected if you need time away to recover.

Long Term Disability

Long Term Disability coverage is included as part of your benefits package for added financial protection.
