We’re honored to recognize a milestone for our leadership team: HJI President Condrad Daniels has been elected to serve as Chair of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce for the 2026 term
A long-standing relationship with the Kentucky Chamber
This role reflects years of ongoing involvement with the Chamber and Kentucky’s broader business community. As noted in The Lane Report, Condrad has held key leadership roles with the Kentucky Chamber and has also been active with Greater Louisville Inc. over the years.
Leadership built from the floor up
Condrad’s leadership has always been grounded in operations. The Lane Report highlights his 24-year tenure in the logistics industry and his path through multiple roles at HJI—including Quality Systems Engineer and Chief Operating Officer—helping expand what we’re able to do across warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, and manufacturing support services.
He was named President in 2017 following a multi-year succession planning process. Under his leadership, HJI has continued to grow—now operating more than 1.3 million square feet across eight locations in Kentucky and Tennessee.
Service beyond our walls
Condrad’s civic leadership spans far beyond our company. His service spans across numerous business and community boards, including his current role as Chair of the Louisville Branch Board of Directors of the 8th District Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
We’re grateful to see Condrad step into a statewide role that matches how we work at HJI—focused, relationship-driven, and committed to building long-term opportunity across Kentucky.
