We’re partnering with Cartesian Kinetics to deploy its Carte+ Omni Rack Robotics (ORR) system at our Louisville fulfillment center. The goal is straightforward: automate a previously manual picking process, increase throughput, and do it within our existing warehouse footprint.
What we’re projecting at our Louisville Site
Carte+ is currently in deployment and is scheduled to go live by Spring 2026. Once fully deployed, we’re projecting:
- Up to 5X higher throughput
- 50% less labor required
- 400+ units processed per hour
- A compact automation layout that reduces floor space needs while preserving flexibility
Why we chose a retrofit-first robotics approach
Unlike automation that requires major facility redesigns, Carte+ is designed to retrofit into existing warehouses and integrate directly with current racking—supporting rapid deployment without disrupting ongoing operations.
